At Lofty Instruments USA Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality medical and surgical instruments and providing a clear and efficient return process.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, unsterilized, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Used, opened, or sterilized products are not eligible for return unless reported defective upon delivery

Important:
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items shipped by Lofty Instruments USA Inc

If a return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from our mistake.

International Returns

We accept returns from Canada.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • All returns must be shipped back to our United States facility

  • Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Product name or SKU

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Banks may require 5–7 business days to post the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or sterilized products (unless defective upon delivery)

  • Opened sterile packaging

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
