Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, unsterilized, and in original packaging
Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Used, opened, or sterilized products are not eligible for return unless reported defective upon delivery
Important:
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

If a return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from our mistake.
International Returns
We accept returns from Canada.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
All returns must be shipped back to our United States facility
Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
